Eastwood Village Medical Practice – Better Physical Health With our Eastwood Exercise Physiologist

Exercise physiology focuses on using movement and exercise as medicine to help people recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Unlike general fitness training, exercise physiology is clinically guided and evidence-based, making it safe and effective for individuals of all ages and abilities — including those with complex health needs.

Our accredited exercise physiologists can support you with:

  • Chronic disease management – diabetes, heart disease, obesity, arthritis, and respiratory conditions

  • Injury rehabilitation – safe return to activity after accidents, surgery, or musculoskeletal issues

  • Strength, balance, and mobility – reducing the risk of falls and improving functional independence

  • Lifestyle and prevention – tailored exercise programs to prevent future illness and maintain long-term health

At our practice, we take a personalised and holistic approach. Each program is individually designed to suit your health status, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring you gain the maximum benefit in a safe and supportive environment.

With regular guidance from our exercise physiologists, you can expect to build strength, increase confidence, and make lasting improvements to your health.
