Dr. Jennifer Chan graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1993 and is one of the founders of Eastwood Village Medical Practice. Together with Dr. Caroline Chan they founded Eastwood Village Medical Practice in 2005, with a vision to form a medical practice that delivers the highest quality whole person care in an environment that patients can feel comfortable and welcomed.

She has a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease prevention and treatment. Dr. Jennifer’s empathetic approach and extensive experience, has led patients from all over Sydney to visit her, a testament to her commitment to offer quality care to her patients, and to her reputation as a well respected Medical Practitioner within the Eastwood community.

Dr Caroline Chan graduated from Sydney University in 1993 and is one of the Principal General Practitioners at Eastwood Village Medical Practice. Together with Dr Jennifer Chan, they founded Eastwood Village Medical Practice, a family practice with a vision that delivers the highest quality whole person care in an environment that patients can feel comfortable and welcomed.

She has a keen interest in paediatrics, women’s health, preventing and treating chronic disease. Her dedication and commitment to delivering quality care has also led patients coming all over Sydney to visit her, and established her place as a  well-respected, empathetic Medical Practitioner in Eastwood. She is also a GP Supervisor with the Australian General Practice Training Program helping to train the next generation of GPs.

When not at work, Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends over great food, relaxing over a good book or movie.

Eric is a family GP and Managing Principal who enjoys all aspects of general practice. He is a registered antenatal shared care practitioner with additional post graduate qualifications including special interests in sports medicine, men’s health, family medicine and chronic care. He is a great listener and goes beyond to solve complex medical cases. He is accredited by the Australasian Society for Sexual Health Medicine to prescribe s100 medications, a Sports Medicine Australia Level 1 Sports Trainer & GP Supervisor for the Australian General Practice Training Program helping to train the next generation of GPs.

He trained at RPA hospital, served with the Royal Australian Army Medical Corp from 2008 to 2013 & during this time he conducted humanitarian logistic work abroad in Nepal & The Solomon Islands. Since then, Eric has continued his service to the local community as a family GP back in his hometown of Sydney.

He has a beautiful wife Cecilia and is a doting father to Claire, Evie and little Lenny.

Aaron completed his medical degree at University of Queensland in 2015 after first completing a degree in Medical Science with Honours at the University of Sydney.

He spent a few years working as a resident around South-East Queensland before deciding to come home to Sydney and pursue GP training. He is relatively fluent in Cantonese and eager to continue improving his Mandarin.

Dr Yvonne Wang graduated from the University of NSW in 2006, and trained at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She has been practicing as a General Practitioner since 2009 and has diverse experience in a range of health issues, gained while being a GP Registrar with GP Synergy Rural Australia and then returning as an Academic GP Registrar at the University of Sydney Western Clinical School Westmead. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Fertility related issues and is accredited to perform surgical procedures for IUD removal, cryotherapy and also ear syringing.

Dr Yvonne thoroughly enjoys being able to practice medicine in a GP setting as not only can she actively assist patients with their medical concerns, but at the same time she is given the opportunity to form ongoing relationships with great people. Dr Yvonne takes time off every year, to conduct humanitarian mission work in the Pacific Islands.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, swimming, staying fit at the gym regularly and catching up with friends over a nice coffee or meal.

Daniel completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales and subsequently obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

After completing his residency at Liverpool Hospital, Daniel spent time working as a medical registrar alongside FIFO work in regional and rural NSW. He has also gained extensive experience working in global corporate medical assistance, with particular expertise in stabilising patients and coordinating air ambulance medical evacuations across Australasia and the Pacific Islands.

Through his experiences engaging with the community, Daniel ultimately developed a passion for primary care and community health which subsequently transitioned him into pursuing a career in general practice. Daniel enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in paediatrics, geriatrics, youth mental health and complex medicine.

Dr Xinrui (Annie) Zhou is a General Practitioner who completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle and undertook her hospital training at John Hunter Hospital.

She has a particular interest in Paediatrics, having completed the Sydney Child Health Program through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. She further developed her paediatric experience as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

Dr Zhou also has strong experience in Women’s Health, having worked as a Senior Resident Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Blacktown Hospital. She manages a range of women’s health issues, including family planning, pregnancy care, and gynaecological conditions, and is accredited to perform Implanon insertion and removal, and Mirena (IUD) removal.

Alisa gained her medical degree from St George’s, University of London in 2020. She previously completed degrees in Engineering and Medical Science from the University of Sydney. After some years working in the medical device space, she made the transition to medicine and general practice as she enjoys the breadth and versatility of general practice.

She is dedicated and patient centric.

Alisa has a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health. She has further obtained a graduate diploma in child health (Sydney Children’s Hospital Network). She continues to engage in research and has published in areas such as allergy and renal medicine.

She completed a postgraduate certificate in clinical practice, management and education to enhance her interest on medical education and mentoring of medical students.

Alisa consults in English and Vietnamese.

Outside of medicine, Alisa enjoys learning new languages, jigsaw puzzles, and is kept on her toes by her one year old girl.
